Sh. B. L. Pagaria is a Commerce Graduate from erstwhile Udaipur University now known as Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. He is also a Law Graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1987.

He has vast experience of over 51 years in the field of audit, accounts and taxation. His audit experience ranges from statutory auditor of various companies, firms & banks to NGOs and other social organizations including Government aided projects and government organisations. He has also been providing consultancy services to the aforementioned concerns.

His field of expertise includes tax planning and search and seizure related matters and he is pioneer to appear before the Settlement Commission, New Delhi.

He has also been involved in setting up internal controls in various organisations and preparation of internal control and accounting manuals.
