Sh. Anand Pagaria is a Commerce graduate and a merit holder Law graduate as well. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has experience of over 22 years in the field of accounts, audit and taxation related matters and has also been involved in setting up internal controls and preparing accounting/Audit manuals for various organisations.

Besides having experience of audit of various public & private companies, firms, social & religious organizations, he is also the author of the book titled “Guide to Trusts & NPOs” published in the year 2004 (1^st Edition) & 2008 (2^nd Edition) and to his credit publication of Article “NGOs – Accounting & Legal Intricacies” in the June, 2006, “Conversion to Limited Liability Partnerships” in August, 2009 issue and “FCRA, 2010- A changing Perspective in November, 2011 issue of the official journal of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. He is also regular contributor to the various journals of national repute.

He has also to his credit conceiving and developing a unique accounting cum ERP software for NGOs’, NPOs’ & voluntary sector, viz., LEKHAC that caters to all the reporting, legal and compliance needs of a NGO/NPO.
