Sh. Dinesh Pagaria holds an Honours degree in Commerce graduation and is an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a diploma in Cost Accountancy from the International Correspondence Schools, Mumbai. 

He has vast experience of over 31 years in the field of accounts, audit, taxation and company law matters.

His fields of expertise include company law related matters ranging from formation, merger & acquisitions to winding up of companies.

His audit experience includes conducting audit of various public sector Banks, private & public limited companies and social & religious organizations like Nathdwara Temple Board etc.
